Privacy Policy

Bllu ("Bllu", "we", "us") operates a business-to-business marketplace connecting contractors with suppliers of on-demand hired equipment in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

Information we collect

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

Supplier anonymity

Contractors are not shown the identity of the supplier company fulfilling a job. We share only what's needed to complete and track the job — for example, the assigned unit's live position, ETA, and the driver's name, photo, and rating.

Sharing

Data retention & security

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and financial obligations (for example, tax and lien records have statutory retention periods). Location trails are retained only briefly for dispatch integrity, then deleted. We use encryption in transit and strict access controls; no method is 100% secure.
